唐山市曹妃甸区进出口企业协会成立于2021年10月28日，是由政府主导、部门推动、企业自愿参加的、具有独立法人资格的全区性、行业性社会团体，首批由41家会员单位发起。协会在理事会的领导下，直辖秘书处，并根据业务发展分设：加工制造、国际物流、跨境电商企业以及汽车、金融等各个专业委员会。曹妃甸金融控股集团作为现任会长单位，会员涵盖了区内央企、大型国企以及从事国际贸易相关市场表现优秀的各类民企。
协会宗旨为：坚持以“为企业发展赋能，为区域繁荣谋力”为根本出发点，团结带领广大会员企业遵守国家宪法、法律、法规和政策，践行社会主义核心价值观，遵守社会道德风尚；牢固树立“服务企业、服务行业”的理念，努力搭建会员企业与政府桥梁，融洽会员企业与主管部门关系，反映会员企业诉求，解决会员企业困难，维护会员企业权益；充分发挥“引导、协调、服务”的作用，积极开展企业交流、培训、展示、洽谈活动，分享会员企业经验，凝聚会员企业力量，打造公平竞争环境，扩大内外贸易规模，推进企业管理科学化、现代化进程，助力全区经济发展。
协会成立以来，举行了若干有影响力的活动，吸引了各界领导的关注，会员规模正快速扩大。
Tangshan City CaoFeiDian Association of Im&Export Enterprises association was established on October 28, 2021. It is a regional and industrial social organization with independent legal personality, which is led by the government, promoted by departments and voluntarily participated by enterprises. The first batch was initiated by 41 member units. Under the leadership of the Council, the association has a secretariat directly under the central government. According to its business development, the association has set up various professional committees such as processing and manufacturing, international logistics, cross-border e-commerce enterprises, automobile and finance. As the current chairman unit, Caofeidian Financial Holding Group has members including central enterprises, large state-owned enterprises and various private enterprises with excellent performance in international trade related markets.
The purpose of the association is to adhere to the fundamental starting point of "Empowering enterprise development and striving for regional prosperity", unite and lead the majority of member enterprises to abide by the national constitution, laws, regulations and policies, practice the socialist core values, and abide by social ethics; Firmly establish the concept of "serving enterprises and service industries", strive to build a bridge between member enterprises and the government, harmonize the relationship between member enterprises and competent departments, reflect the demands of member enterprises, solve the difficulties of member enterprises, and safeguard the rights and interests of member enterprises; Give full play to the role of "guidance, coordination and service", actively carry out enterprise exchange, training, exhibition and negotiation activities, share the experience of member enterprises, pool the strength of member enterprises, create a fair competition environment, expand the scale of domestic and foreign trade, promote the scientific and modern process of enterprise management, and help the economic development of the whole region.
Since its establishment, the association has held a number of influential activities, which have attracted the attention of leaders from all walks of life, and its membership is rapidly expanding.
